Community Innovation Partners
At Community Innovation Partners (CIP), we believe education should inspire, innovate, and adapt to meet the needs of every student. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are committed to breaking the mold of traditional learning and creating opportunities that engage students, empower families, and strengthen our community.
Founded by visionary parents, CIP launched Dallas Community School (DCS) in partnership with Dallas School District 2, offering a public charter school designed for flexible, student-centered learning. In 2022, we expanded to include Dallas Community High School (DCHS), bringing real-world, project-based learning to students seeking a more dynamic education.
What We Do
CIP is more than just a nonprofit—it’s a driving force for educational innovation. Our work includes:
- Developing and supporting schools that put students first.
- Expanding learning opportunities that spark creativity and curiosity.
- Providing funding and resources to keep education accessible for all.
- Building strong partnerships to enhance student success.
- Contributing to the community’s vitality through education-driven initiatives.
Behind every great initiative is a passionate Board of Directors—a team of educators, community leaders, and parents dedicated to ensuring CIP continues to lead the way in innovative education. Their vision and commitment drive our efforts to engage, empower, and equip students with the tools they need for a lifetime of learning.
At CIP, we’re not just rethinking education—we’re reshaping the future, one student at a time.
