RE-ENROLLMENT FORM FOR 2018-2019
Are you planning on continuing your experience at DCS next year, or does your family have other plans in mind? Either way, we need to hear from you! There are two ways to share your re-enrollment plans: you can download, print, and email or drop off a paper form here: 2018-2019 Re-Enrollment Form, or you can fill out and submit the online form below. Re-enrollment forms must be returned by May 14th to hold students’ spots.
If your child is already enrolled, there is no need to worry about whether your child will be admitted to DCS next year. Once your child is enrolled, your child stays enrolled unless you choose to withdraw and notify the school. The re-enrollment form simply allows DCS staff to better plan for the coming school year (please return the form by May 14th).
If you would like to enroll a child who is not currently attending DCS (including siblings of current DCS students), you will need to fill out a new enrollment application. Siblings of current DCS students will have priority for available spots.
Remember, DCS serves students in grades K-8 only.
